What It Does
InboxFlux helps you ship clean email campaigns fast. It writes subject lines, preview text, short and long versions, and an optional HTML block. Links auto fill from your Planner so the CTA points to the right place. You also get an A/B plan, send cadence, and a Tracker Log so each round improves with real data.
Inputs
- InboxFlux Planner Sheet with campaign details. Include the PRIMARY URL for auto inserted links, plus product or collection context.
- Tone Glossary to guide voice and phrasing. Upload it before the Planner.
- Optional footer fields such as address and unsubscribe URL. If you do not provide them, your ESP usually handles unsubscribe automatically.
- Constraints like subject length targets or timing windows.

- Subject lines and preview text that set a clear expectation.
- Short email for fast sends and plain text for deliverability.
- Optional HTML block with a CTA button that uses your PRIMARY URL.
- Long email when your story needs more room.
- A/B test plan with simple variables to try.
- Send cadence with timing and follow ups.
- Tracker Log so you save outputs and build history.
Quick Start
- Open the chat and load the InboxFlux starter.
- Upload the Tone Glossary first, then upload your completed Planner Sheet with the PRIMARY URL.
- Generate, review, and paste the subject, preview text, and email into your ESP. Send the short version now and schedule the long version if needed.
Fast Track: choose one subject, copy the short email, paste into your ESP, confirm the CTA link, and send.

FAQ
Does InboxFlux connect to my ESP? No. You paste into Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email, Omnisend, ConvertKit, or Brevo so you stay in control.
Will links insert automatically? Yes. Add the PRIMARY URL in your Planner and InboxFlux will place it in the CTA and text versions.
Do I have to use the HTML block? No. It is optional for advanced users. The short and plain text versions work in any ESP.
What if tone drifts? Type RESET TO DEFAULT SETTINGS to return to Professional and Clear tone.
